From the charismatic Assyrtiko variety, cultivated in an exceptional vineyard, a wine is created that embodies the power and elegance of the Greek land. Matured with care in oak barrels, it reveals a bright colour and a rich aromatic richness that combines notes of vanilla, juicy peach and fresh pear.

On the palate, its full and harmonious structure impresses, while the long finish leaves a feeling of total satisfaction. A wine that demonstrates the excellent winemaking tradition of Assyrtiko and its adaptability to different expressions.

It is best served cool at 8-10°C, bringing out its complexity and ideally accompanying intense white flavors such as fresh fish, white meats or dishes with rich sauces.
